Production System Model

The Production System Model identifies the parts and processes necessary to produce a product.

This is the layer beneath Locus Functional Markers: before a product’s parts and processes can be tagged with coded functional references, something has to determine what those parts and processes actually are. The Production System Model is that determination — the identification step that makes the coding step meaningful, rather than the coding itself.

This spoke is intentionally brief, defined by a single lexicon sentence rather than textbook material.
