FIS Coordinates

FIS Coordinates are the applied coordinate values assigned to each business, job, and product.

Where Functional Coordinates describe the underlying coordinate system in the abstract, FIS Coordinates are what that system looks like once it’s actually applied — the specific values a Functional Information System assigns to a real business, a real job, a real product, rather than the general framework that makes assigning them possible in the first place.

This spoke is intentionally brief. Like the other patent-linked and lexicon-only terms, FIS Coordinates is defined by a single sentence in the lexicon rather than developed with textbook examples, and this page doesn’t claim more than the source supports.
