Understanding Phase

Each of the four phases is assigned a reference color following the natural sequence of the color wheel: Phase 1 (Product Sequence input) is red, Phase 2 (Product Sequence output) is yellow, Phase 3 (Money Sequence input) is green, and Phase 4 (Money Sequence output) is blue, with the central activity of each phase taking the pure reference color and preceding/following activities shading toward the adjacent hue. This coloring is designed to carry semantic relationships visually: complementary colors mark activities that are functionally similar but in different phases, and analogous colors mark triads of activities close together in the cycle.
